Summer House in Sifnos
In a 75 sq.m. old stone house in Sifnos, the intervention focuses on enhancing the traditional character through discreet, custom wooden constructions. The structure was preserved intact, with the design emphasizing the living room and bedrooms. In the living room, a visually continuous G-shaped storage and desk unit was created to embrace the space and define the entrance area. A low sofa was placed at the center. In the bedroom, built-in storage solutions were designed with custom furniture adapted to the compact dimensions and utilizing the recessed stone wall niche.
The palette remains bright, with natural tones and materials that maintain the island’s identity while offering a calm and timeless aesthetic
